The Swiss Franc the Swiss franc

The Swiss Franc the Swiss franc, Much like Switzerland, is viewed by most as a "impartial" currency. More correctly, the Swiss franc is considered a safe haven over the foreign exchange market, chiefly on account of the fact that the franc has a tendency to maneuver into a destructive correlation to more volatile commodity monies such as the Canadian and Australian dollars, combined with U.S. Treasury returns. Even the Swiss National Bank has ever been known to become quite active in the currency market to guarantee that the franc trades with a relatively-tight variety, to reduce volatility and keep interest rates in line. (That can be the connection between the euro and the Swiss franc currency pairs. To learn more, view Forex: Making Sense of Your Euro/Swiss Franc Relationship. )
The ForexLast on our listing we take a good look at the Canadian buck, also known as the loonie. The loonie is most likely the planet's leading commodity currency, meaning that it goes in step with all the commodity markets, especially crude petroleum, gold and silver coins and minerals. Together with Canada being such a big exporter of such products the loonie is extremely volatile to movements within their underlying prices, notably crude oil. Traders frequently trade the Canadian buck to take a position on the motions of these products or being a hedge for their own holdings of these underlying trades.
In Addition, Being found in such close proximity to the world's largest consumer base, the United States, the Canadian market, and the Canadian dollar is highly connected to the potency of their U.S. market and moves while in the U.S. buck as well.
